
Dr. Alexander Dydyk is a triple board-certified physician in Family Medicine, Sports Medicine, and Pain Medicine, as well as a Diplomate of the American Board of Obesity Medicine. He currently serves as the Director of Pain Medicine and Director of Weight Loss & Wellness for a leading multispecialty medical group in Phoenix, Arizona. Known for his compassionate, integrative approach, Dr. Dydyk helps patients overcome pain, achieve healthy weight goals, and live with greater energy and Purpose.
Beyond his clinical work, Dr. Dydyk is a dedicated advocate for physician leadership and innovation in healthcare. He is a Certified Physician Executive (CPE). He holds an MBA with a focus on Healthcare Administration, blending medical expertise with strategic skills to enhance healthcare systems and empower healthcare teams to perform at their best.
In 2024, Dr. Dydyk founded Three Pillars of Health to build a community centered on evidence-based wellness and meaningful connection. The platform reflects his belief that proper health extends beyond the physical—it’s about nurturing the Mind, strengthening the Body, and living with Purpose. Through education, coaching, and authentic dialogue, Dr. Dydyk helps individuals discover balance, resilience, and hope—where medicine meets meaning.
